Associate attorney of Fleischmann & Roman Abogados since 2023. Currently, she is part of the Dispute Resolution team of the firm.

Previously, she worked as an associate attorney at the law firm Bascuñan, Barra, Awad, Contreras & Schürmann (2022) and as legal assistant to the litigation team at the same firm (2019-2021).

Her practice focuses mainly on the areas of complex litigation and arbitration in civil, commercial and construction matters.

Belén is a lawyer from Universidad de Chile. At the same university she worked as an assistant of the courses “Clínica Jurídica” (2019-2022) and is currently an assistant in the courses “Civil Law” and “Procedural Law”.

She has a diploma in “Current problems in Contract Law” at the Universidad de Chile (2022).
